First Fuel Software: Consulting Related to Rate & Tariff Features for PG&E’s Business Customer Portal

 
 

FirstFuel Software was responsible for delivering PG&E's new business customer portal that went live in March 2017. ETE provided expertise and guidance related to PG&E’s rates and tariffs throughout the process of building and testing the software and portal features. ETE supported First Fuel’s product management, engineering, and quality assurance teams to help deliver the features that depend on rate data such as bill comparison, cost accumulators, best rate analysis, and what-if analysis (for solar PV, DSM measures, Peak Day Pricing Options, etc.). ETE also supported troubleshooting in the QA phase of the project.
