James Bride, Energy Tariff Experts

Over the past 15 years, Jim has advised industrials, technology companies, utilities, retail energy suppliers, energy project developers, and multi-site enterprise customers on matters relating to energy costs, DERs, and wholesale energy markets. He is a trusted and versatile SME with a demonstrated ability to distill complex energy issues into simple and concise reports and presentations. Prior to ETE, Jim held successive roles of increasing responsibility at EnerNOC. Jim has a BS in Geophysics from Boston College and an MBA from Cornell.

Dara Flynn Energy Tariff Experts

Dara has deep experience in modeling end user load data and conducting analysis for cost studies. Prior to ETE, Dara was part of the team that built EnerNOC’s data‐driven energy efficiency business. While at EnerNOC, Dara also managed a team of energy analysts delivering recommendations for operational energy efficiency improvements. Dara’s experience also includes work in NORESCO’s Measurement and Verification engineering group. She has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Materials Science & Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Jamie tosches | LinkedIn

Jamie is a Vice President at ETE. She brings 17 years of experience in regulatory policy and consumer advocacy in the energy sector to ETE with expertise in electric and natural gas rate setting, clean energy resources, storage, and electric vehicles. Jamie previously served as Assistant Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources and Deputy General Counsel of Energy for the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs. Prior to that she was the Assistant Attorney General in the Utilities Division of the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General

She holds a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School and a BS in Environmental Science from UMASS Amherst.

Lexa is a consultant at ETE with deep expertise in retail energy markets, tariffs, and clean energy resources. She manages the delivery of ETE tariff data products and supports diverse customer engagements ranging from regulatory affairs staff augmentation, due diligence analysis on energy assets, financial feasibility studies, and "eyes and ears" services. She has a BS in Business Management from Boston University.

In addition to the staff named above, ETE has access to a large expert network of consultants who can be brought in on a 1099 basis to support client projects.
