ETE was retained by Pear AI to assist the start-up founders in defining certain product requirements and technical specifications for features related to utility bill management, data capture, reporting, and visual presentation. ETE’s work included providing data and specifications related to the range of rate structures and charge types for electricity and gas in regulated and deregulated markets.
FirstFuel Software was responsible for delivering PG&E's new business customer portal that went live in March 2017. ETE provided expertise and guidance related to PG&E’s rates and tariffs throughout the process of building and testing the software and portal features.
