The electric utility serving this city had recently implemented a new billing system that resulted in widespread and sustained billing errors. Despite significant challenges obtaining utility billing data for this client, ETE was able to collate and organize utility bills for hundreds of accounts and create a taxonomy of issue types.
A healthcare REIT had purchased a large portfolio of properties ranging from urgent care facilities, medical office buildings, and assisted living/nursing facilities. ETE was engaged by the energy supply consulting firm to review the billings, rate assignments, and sales tax status for all sites concurrent with energy procurement activities.
